About Me

I'm Danika, born in Germany, wandering the world, and always finding my way back to my yoga mat.

​

During my teenage years, my perfectionism and drive for high achievement—classic signs of a Pitta imbalance—took a toll on my well-being. After earning two bachelor's degrees in education while working as a teacher, my body eventually burned out. In 2017, yoga found its way into my life. A student roommate practicing yoga caught my attention, and from that moment on, my mat became my sanctuary.

Living and teaching in different countries, I quickly realized that true freedom comes from a balanced mind and body. Whenever I needed to ground myself, I turned to my yoga mat. Whenever I needed to let my emotions flow, I turned to my yoga mat. Through breath, movement, meditation, and the wisdom of Ayurveda, I learned to restore harmony within myself and embrace self-love.

After healing from burnout through yoga, Ayurveda, and energy healing, I am deeply passionate about sharing these tools with you. Whether through online programs, retreats, or personalized guidance, my mission is to help you cultivate a harmonious and balanced life—one rooted in ancient wisdom and aligned with your true nature.

Master’s in Yoga Therapy

Currently deepening my knowledge as I pursue my Master’s in Yoga Therapy. My studies focus on applying the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda to support healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. I’m learning how therapeutic yoga, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle practices can help manage chronic conditions, stress, and overall well-being. Through my online programs and retreats, I integrate these teachings to guide you toward balance, harmony, and self-discovery.

200h Yoga & Meditation Trainer

As a 200-hour certified yoga and meditation trainer, I am dedicated to help individuals find inner peace and balance through the practice of yoga and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I offer personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your wellness goals. Holistic Therapist

As a holistic therapist, I believe in treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. My approach is centered around creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients to explore their inner selves and find balance in their lives. Vegan & Vegetarian Nutritionist 

As a vegan nutritionist, I believe that a healthy gut is the foundation of holistic wellbeing. By incorporating plant-based foods rich in fiber, prebiotics, and probiotics, we can support the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and improve digestion. As the gut so called is our second brain it is very important to take care of it for our holistic health.
